Our goal is to provide you with the best possible
product at the best possible price and as
such, all items are checked for quality assurance
prior to shipment.
Due to the nature of the products sold,
there are no refunds issued, however, in
the unlikely event of a defective product,
we will gladly exchange the item for the
same product.
Should any item you receive be defective,
it is your responsibility to notify us in
writing and in a timely manner. All items
must be returned in their original packaging
with the tags attached. No items will be
considered for exchange after 30 days.
In the event that the item you ordered
is no longer available, we will issue a
credit that can be used towards other merchandise.
Should this occur, you will not be limited
to the items you chose as a replacement
providing that the price is the same. |
